RECEIVES ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL LOTTERY TERMINALS
FROM PHILIPPINE GAMING MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. (ILTS) (OTCBB:
ITSI) announced today that the Company has received from Philippine Gaming Management Corporation (PGMC) a new order valued at approximately US$ 1.4 million for Intelimark FLX lottery terminals and associated services. Delivery of the terminals is scheduled to commence in December 2011. PGMC provides the ILTS DataTrak online lottery system and equipment to Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) under an equipment lease contract.

"This new order will raise the total number of terminals in their network to more than 4,000, and we are delighted with this latest order from PGMC as it demonstrates their continued confidence in our products and services."
